Coaches:
After you have registered your team for a tournament, email Jim Henry (Jim.Henry@cox.net) with the following information and he will mail a Starz check directly to your tournament director:

1. Date of the tournament
2. Location of the tournament
3. Who to make the check payable to
4. Mailing address (including zip code) (even if you are hand delivering the check)
5. Amount you need for the tournament registration
6. any other special instructions for Jim
